An investor narrative the market repeats.

Most companies aren't missing a story; they're missing perspective. Without it, investment stalls. At Materials2Market, I define your narrative, build the content that carries it, and amplify it until the market repeats it.

What is an investor narrative?

An investor narrative is the story of what a company does, why it matters and why now, put into words an investor can repeat.

Every company already has a narrative that sells it; it just hasn't been put into words the market can repeat. I find it and make it clear to investors, customers, your own people and the wider market.

Why does a raise stall when the story isn't clear?

When the benefit isn't obvious, people don't piece it together; they move on, missing the picture. Customers, investors and partners fill the gaps with their own version of the story, not yours.

There are two stories: the story told, in your decks, disclosures and releases, and the story lived, in the field, at the site and in the hallway. The gap between them is where the market's version replaces yours.

What do I build before a raise?

Narrative Sprint · Fixed fee · 3–4 weeks

The Define and Build steps as one project: your narrative found and put into words, three options tested, and the content plan to carry it. Ends with a board-style readout.

Narrative audit, inside and out · Core message definition

What keeps the story current after the raise?

Amplify Retainer · Monthly

The Amplify step, every month: produced content, media pitching, internal rollout and a check on how AI search describes you.

Keeping the story current as the company, the market and the raise move.

Narrative upkeep · Message updates before financings and AGMs

Is this investor relations?

No. I'm not IR, and I'm not promotion. I build the narrative layer your IR firm distributes.

Which companies is this for?

Materials2Market works with mining, energy, renewables, cleantech, construction and industrial companies: the builders, the producers and the innovators, especially those preparing to raise capital. It also fits startups and technology companies whose product has moved faster than the market's understanding of it.

What does it cost?

Every engagement is fixed-fee, scoped and priced after a first conversation, so you know the number before you commit. Ongoing work runs as a monthly retainer. Early-stage private companies can ask about equity options.

Let's build the story.

Tell me what the market still doesn't understand about your company. I read every message myself.
